3 or 4 axis profile machining centre,- For the economical and efficient processing of PVC, aluminium and steel profiles
All operations like routing, drilling and tapping are carried out with the profile stationary to avoid scratches and damages on the profile surface,
The axis controlled milling head is able to process the profile infitenely at any position between 0° and 180° with all available tools,
The travelling tool magazine provides short tool change over times and thus optimum processing cycles,
- The magazine can be equipped with 5 standart tools
For double bar processing and processing the ends a rotating angle head with two different tools is available (0°-90°-180°-270°),
2 seperate working zones allow profile processing in oscillating mode,
- Electronic 4-axes industrial PC control for 2.5 D operation with 15" colour monitor, diskette drive and CD-Rom drive,
